How to get help

The fastest way to reach us is by email at info@blackpearlssociety.org. Please include your name and a clear description of what you need help with — the more context you share, the faster we can assist.

Response expectations

  • General questions: typically a reply within 2 business days.
  • Member and donation matters: prioritized, usually within 1 business day.
  • Time-sensitive issues: note URGENT in your subject line and we’ll respond as a priority.

How do I become a member?

Membership in the Black Pearls Society is by invitation only. We are not currently accepting open applications. If you’d like to connect, reach out via our contact page.

How do I donate?

You can give securely through Stripe on our Donate page. One-time and recurring gifts are both supported, and recurring gifts continue until canceled.

How do I update my information?

Members can update their details after signing in to the member area. If you need help, email us at info@blackpearlssociety.org and we’ll assist.

Where do I log in?

Members sign in to the Pearls Only member area at Member Login.
