Black Pearls Society is a sisterhood of women who have committed our skills, talents and resources to organizing and advocating for racial equity and justice in every facet of our lives, our careers and our social networks.
Black Pearls Society represents women from all walks of life who are working from a common analysis of race and racism and recognize that we possess the collective power to effectively change our lives, our conditions, structural arrangements, and institutions.
Black Pearls Society members are organizers in their communities, who teach, train, coordinate, plan, strategize, speak, research, develop, design and support agendas that promote racial equity.

Seeing the need for a space where powerful Black women could unite, lead, and amplify their impact, Deena and Monica created The Black Pearls Society—a movement of changemakers, fighters, and leaders ready to shake the table and shape the future.
